Hello darlings! I'm ever so sorry it's been so quiet around here, the house move was an absolute killer and then Christmas took over but now I'm back on track and shall be back to my normal posting routine from now on! Something very exciting is also happening on New Years Day so make sure you keep yours eyes peeled to my social media for the announcement!
Keeping me sane through all the work of moving to a new village and organising Christmas in this strange warm but wet but then cold weather was a good wardrobe of comfortable clothes. I always forget how much I love a good sweater until December rolls around and I just can't seem to be out of them as they're so easy to wear and keep my usually chilly bod nice and toasty. This gorgeous Diamond Stitch Fluffy Curve Hem Jumper in Ivory* by new to me brand Lavitta is just as cosy and soft as it looks and is currently on sale for just £20.00 - what a steal! As you can see I've teamed it with jeans here but it also looks super adorable over a midi skirt or tucked into a pencil skirt to give a retro 1950's feel.
This was actually my outfit for a nice little trip out we had recently to see Star Wars and grab a Five Guys dinner. It was the perfect thing as it kept my warm in the crisp night air. This was also the first outing for my new Vans that I got in the Office sale a few days before Christmas - thankfully they are as easy to wear as I remembered from my teen years but now they come in lots more pretty styles!
