Monif C : A Decade Of Curves

When it comes to social progress there are always key players that are kind of groundbreaking, that offer something new and special, that make a real difference and really contribute to the effort and that is no less the case when it comes to fashion. I've always been plus size and always taken pride in my appearance. I'm not the typical story as I've never really hidden away and not wanted to be noticed. I've always known what kind of clothing makes me feel wonderful but it was only recently that I've found clothing in my size that makes me feel sexy. Do you know how annoying it was to be a plus size teen wanting to look super hot on a night out but never being able to find slinky, beautiful clothes that would show off my curves rather than hide them away? Why shouldn't us plus size babes be allowed to wear figure hugging styles, dresses with cheeky cut outs, short skirts that show off our voluptuous pins or super sassy jumpsuits? Well Monif C are a brand that have made this possible.

Over the last 10 years Monif C have been offering the plus size community so much. They've been key players in many important events like Tess Holliday modelling their stunning swimwear, a key point in the fatkini explosion. They're big players in the body positivity movement and believe in confidence at any size. They show true diversity in their campaigns and use both models and non models to show off the goods. Most importantly though, they understand that fat girls have both the ability and the right to look damn sexy.

In honour of their ten year anniversary Monif C are celebrating #adecadeofcurves and have very kingly offered one of my readers a free dress of their choice from the current collections!

The contest will run until November 23rd at which point an entry will be randomly drawn, I'll then contact the winner and they can choose their prize dress!
