Sometimes a girl just needs to let people know that she doesn't suffer fools gladly and on days when I'm feeling that way inclined I like to wear a tee that tells people so. I loved this sassy slogan tee as soon as I spotted it in the Nadia Aboulhosn for Boohoo.com collection and though it was a bargain at just £12 so into my basket it went! I decided that the standard t shirt neckline wasn't for me on this occasion and so I got out my scissors and cut it into a bardot style like I used to do with my band tees when I was a teenager. I still love this look, especially as it lets me show off my back tattoo that doesn't get appreciated as often as it should!
To keep the bad girl theme going I've worn it here with my ever so loved PU midi skirt from H and M and slipped on some re-discovered old Irregular Choice heels to add an ironic 50's girly girl feel. I grabbed one of my favourite clutches, an old Firetrap number that I bought in Selfridges with my first pay cheque from my first proper office job. It has a knuckle duster closure and a crackled look to the faux leather - this was the first version of the knuckle duster clasp that I ever saw and I loved it to bits, it's such a shame all those cheapo bag companies have made it so common now ripping off Alexander McQueen.
