Something I've learnt thanks to my Danish family and trips over to Copenhagen to see them is that the Danes are oh so chic. They have such a wonderful style unique to them and I think this really shines through when you look at designs from Carmakoma. I couldn't resist the Sakar dress ($60.80 on sale) when I saw it on sale, I just love the silvery grey marble-esque print with the black paneling and under layer. It also has pockets and if you've been reading this blog for a while you'll know how many ticks that gets with me! This style has a relaxed fit so is very comfortable and both the lining and the satiny grey printed fabric are silky smooth and cool - it's perfect for Spring and Summer. This is my first Carmakoma dress and I'm thrilled with it, there are quite a few others that have caught my eye so I might well be adding to my collection very soon - do you own a favourite Carmakoma piece?
